A compounding pharmacy licensed by a state board of pharmacy to prepare medications for a specific patient with a specific prescription. It is regulated and inspected. An unmarked vial from an online seller is neither.
A licensed physician reviews your intake before anything is prescribed. That review is the program, not paperwork attached to it.
Your intake goes into review. You will hear back with next steps, which may include lab work or a follow-up before a plan is made.
